bright, quiet apartment close to the southgate train station and bus stops, so relatively easy access to university and downtown! you can have the parking spot for free (i don’t have a car). right next to southgate mall, which also has a safeway. rent includes heat and water but not wifi and electricity, which usually come out to ~80 a month (each). the bedrooms are spacious!

i’m a 23 year old girl currently living with my best friend, but they’re moving away for school so im looking for a new roommate. i’ve had 3 previous roommates, so i’m pretty experienced at living with others and maintaining communication and harmony. i’m the type of person who likes to talk/be friends with the person i live with, so if you would rather be alone most of the time i don’t think we will work out! i am not a student but i wouldn’t mind living with one. i’m not in a huge hurry to find someone, so i’m focusing on finding the right fit for both of us :) feel free to message me if you’re interested!
