Hello, I am looking for a GAY roommate as I have a private bedroom available for rent. It has a bed, desk, and dresser. Shared living space (kitchen, bathroom etc). I prefer non smokers as I am allergic. Location is ideal near the universities (near Spring Garden Rd and Robie Street).

I’m a busy medical professional who works during week days with weekends off. I am into lots of different hobbies such as boating/golf in summer and skiing/snowmobiling winter. I love to be social but also like my quiet time.
