Boulevard Saint-Laurent

The apartment is a spacious 6 1/2 located on St-Laurent and Beaubien in Petite-Italie. 5 min walk from metro Beaubien. 10 min away from Marche Jean-Talon. 2 min walk from Milano, an amazing fine italian grocery store. You would have your own unfurnished private room with a closet and a nice window with sun. There is also an extra room in the apartment that can be used as an extra closet or whatever you need to put in there. The kitchen will actually be paint white. There is also a big terrasse in the backyard. You have access to the hydro, and internet. You have to pay 230$ extra for the washer and dryer since we are buying them from the past renters.

You would be sharing the apartment with a 25 years old girl and guy. Both speak french and english. Ideally we would love to find a young woman that is extremely clean and care about her environment.
