Merton Road

I have a one bedroom basement and am looking to share it with someone. Everything is included in the rent (high speed Internet, car parking, electricity gas). The basement is fully furnished with a tv and couch in the living area. The landlord lives upstairs with his family and are very nice people.

I work full time and am very quiet and clean and have my own car. I like to read and watch movies. Am willing to share with anyone. If you have any pets that’s a plus 🙂🙂. I am planning to start university in fall. Can help you move too.
