am looking for a roommate for August 1 in Barrhaven! Rent is $1400 all in. You would have the master bedroom and the small room at your disposal! Laundry is on the upper level, big storage area in the basement. 3.5 bathrooms. Backyard is decently sized as it is the end unit! Garage and laneway! Animals are welcome. I have cats and dogs. Cleanliness is a must. I also have two kids. No smoking in the house.

I am a mom of 2 girls. I have cats and dogs (all female and fixed). I work remotely 3 days. I am very clean and expect the same from the roommates. Renter’s insurance is mandatory. I am very easy going.
