Emma's room

My current roommate is moving out and I’m looking for a new roommate starting November 1.

Rent is $2630 (with bills it’s about $3000 total). We would split this 50/50 so $1315 a month +½ of bills.

About the House: Whole house in Westboro House is furnished but there is space for someone bringing furniture/items with them, the bedroom will not be furnished. 3 bedrooms1.5 bath (I am in the largest room so 2 bedrooms are available for room/office) AC and laundry 3 car driveway 1 car garage for storage Private backyard

I am a 31 year old female. I moved to Ottawa from NWO last fall. I work from home full-time for CHEO.

When I’m not working I’m very active (climbing, biking, running, skiing, basically anything active and outdoors.) I’m also a bit of a foodie and like to experiment in the kitchen. In the warmer months I spend a lot of time camping and paddling.

I have a dog. He’s a 7 year old husky mix. He is very calm and very quiet, but does shed.

I am social but also enjoy my quiet time. I’m happy to have people over and like hosting dinners or have friends over for drinks but typically don’t have “parties”. I’m clean and tidy especially in common spaces but wouldn’t describe myself as a clean freak.
