Saint Clair Avenue West

Looking for space, comfort, and easy TTC access? Then this vacancy might be for you. Our most excellent apartment, located at St. Clair Ave W and Wychwood Ave, is looking to fill one large bedroom for July 1st.

The room:

The room in question has a large window and ample closet space. Plenty of room for a bed, desk, etc. Additionally, the room is located on the second floor of the apartment and next to the bathroom. Very convenient.

The apartment:

With a streetcar stop within steps of our front door, the St. Clair West subway station is merely an eight-minute walk away. We are the second and third floor of a typical Toronto apartment, with our landlord owning the storefront below. Living room is of a good size and a great place to relax. We have one bathroom and one large kitchen, and have never had an issue or conflict between three people using it.

Who we are:

Two males who like a clean, tidy, and relatively quiet home. However, we love listening to music (i.e. vinyls), playing it (i.e. occasional jam nights) and watching wide-ranging genres of entertainment, be it tv or movies.

Who you are:

Someone also in their middleish/late 20’s-early 30’s. Someone who can pay their bills on time, in full, and doesn’t mind keeping the apartment clean. Able to pay first and last month rent, as well as a security deposit upon moving in.

We are very sorry, but we cannot accept any pets. This is non-negotiable.
