Single, quiet, respectful and working 40 year old male and his 70 lb dog are looking for a. clean, quiet and respectful single student or working professional to rent 2 large rooms in my basement. While a single person is preferred, couples/pairs would be considered for an additional rental cost. $1000 per month for a single roomate …..Rent includes X2 large rooms in the basement, large living area in basement, all utilities, full cable with all of the channels, Netflix, high speed wifi, yard and snow maintenance, and shared laundry facilities.

Basement rooms includes fridge, microwave and a small convection oven. Roomate would also be welcome to use the kitchen upstairs as required as long as they clean up afterwards. Bathroom facilities located on main floor would also be shared.
Both kitchen, bathroom and laundry shared with myself only.

House also features a large fully fenced yard, fenced patio, bbq, and fire pit out back which the roomate could have full access to as desired. Bed, some furniture, and etc are available if needed. Small well behaved dog may be negotiable as well. No cats though.
