Manvi's room

The room is on the ground floor with a separate entrance and an open space oustide. It’s absolutely new, so you’ll be the first tenant. All kitchen accessories are new as well. It comes with washer dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and oven. The rooms are well-lit and the owners are very friendly too. Tenants will be responsible for 25% of the utilities.
