Jill's room

We have a studio room in our house with a kitchenette also microwave and toaster oven. You have your own bathroom. The room is in the downstairs of our home where there is a furnished living room they tenant could use. Shared laundry which is also located downstairs. The tenant would also have access to the shared deck which over looks the lake.

My husband and myself live on the property in the upstairs of the house. Middle aged couple with a small dog. We are not partiers but do have friends and family over.
