Clean, professional family/landlords live in upper unit. Shared laundry room. Hydro and internet included in rent. Your room is 10x10ft of living space plus a closet. Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room.

Prospective roommate would not be on primary lease and would instead sign a roommate agreement. Month-to-month until such a time that a longer agreement is amenable to both parties.

I am a retired pensioner who enjoys an active lifestyle including activities such as golf, tennis, walking, billiards, and hanging out with my grandkids. I am tidy, responsible, happy, considerate, and compassionate. I enjoy keeping things light and fun in general.

Non-smoker and an infrequent drinker. Enjoy listening to music and watching sports (happy to watch TV in my room if prospective roomie prefers a quiet shared living space).
