Stirling Avenue South

This is a large, air-conditioned house with three bedrooms and a yard. There are currently three rooms rented separately all on separate levels. Friendly neighbourhood convenience store conveniently located nearby. Bus stop a few houses down and is a short walk to downtown. Very close to lakeside park (Google it, it is a fantastic oasis) and the iron-horse trail. Many additional parks in the neighbourhood. This is a non-smoking home. The upstairs (private with small living room - pictures not included) and basement (semi-private with extra living room, kitchenette and full bath - pictures not included) are currently occupied and looking for the right person to move into the room on the main floor. There is a large shared kitchen and two shared living rooms on the main floor (one currently under construction - almost ready for paint). Shared laundry is in the basement. There is currently two very respectful people living in the house: one young professional/recent graduate (basement) and one mature artist (upstairs). One room-mate does use cannabis (outside only) and there is a service dog living in the house (cannot live with other pets, so no additional pets allowed).

I, the landlord, lived with both of these people and they are great room-mates. I moved in with my partner last November and am no longer living at the house, but I am nearby. I come by frequently to access storage and extra maintenance as needed. All friendly individuals welcome (no couples). Open to short term-rental. While not necessary, preference given to those with a character reference, police background check, and proof of income or employment.
