This is a great little townhouse just off of Evergreen road, built in 2010. We are backed right onto the ERT road and Beaver Lodge lands, with lots of walking trails. Close to downtown. Back yard with gazebo and dining area. Great, safe neighbourhood. 3 Bed 2 Bath, enough space for the privacy of your own. The bedroom is furnished and I will take photos upon request. There is also room for you to put a tv up if you wish.

I’m Kelsey, I rent this house with my two children. I have the kids (Aurora 6, Jackson 2) week on week off so there is some down time without children in the house. Must be ok with our busy schedule and sometimes loud children. I am a quiet, easy-going person, who likes to listen to music and have some friends over occasionally. I am currently going to school and working two part-time jobs. I keep things tidy and bring in a cleaner every couple of weeks to keep up on the maintenance. We are looking for someone who can mesh with our situation, have patience and keep the house up to standards. A younger student or someone who works full time would be ideal.
