Hello! Looking for a forth roommate for an apartment that’s close to Algonquin college and Carleton University! The room available is on the main floor and it is $700 a month, and the lease is one year. The unit is fully furnished (in the room this includes a double bed, smart tv, desk, lamp, closet, and a laundry hamper) and all inclusive! Parking is available for an extra cost per month. Bathroom on the main floor Is a powder room and the full bathroom is on the second level, laundry is included in our unit, and there is extra storage space within the apartment too.

My name is Sadie, and the other two girls are named Kimberly and magda. We will be second year students at Carleton university, we enjoy hanging out with people and occasionally going out on the weekends:)
