Located in West Edmonton, Rio terrace! Safe mature neighborhood, close to WEM, Whitemud drive. 10 min drive to down town! 2 min walk to river valley access and wolf willow stairs. The place is clean! Fully renovated and Smoke free. Key pad entry. There are two rooms to choose from. My former guest room currently has a bed. I can furnish the rooms or you are more than welcome to bring your own bed, dressers etc. Driveway and street parking are available. weight room in the basement. Patio set and smoker grill out back which are all available for you to use! It’s a lovely home in a safe quiet neighborhood.

Hi to all! I’m Paul, 32 year old male non smoker not into the party scene much anymore however I do enjoy getting out for brunches and patio drinks. I also enjoy cycling, hitting the gym, traveling and all things outdoors! Im a Super easy going helpful and kind individual looking to rent out a room (two rooms actually) in my home. I am now working away from home on a rotation schedule so the place basically sits empty as I tend to travel to visit with friends, family and my dog in Ontario.
