Full flat of a house located a few steps from the corner of Main Street and 45th Ave. The room is 12m2 + closet and furnished with bed. Shared areas are: bathroom, living room, dinning room, kitchen (more than 45 m2) + gardens and decks. The house has front garden and backyard with grape plants 🍇 both with deck (also grill available for BBQing) very nice asset if you like outdoors. Also, Mc Donald Park is 3 minutes walking away, and Elizabeth Queen Park 20 minutes. Buses nearby: 3, 49, R4, 41 and 20 minutes walking from Oakridge-41st Station and Langara-49th Station 🚊 (Canada line, to the YVR airport) It has a garage for one car in the back door, included with the rent. Very useful if you have a car 🚗 Hydro (electricity), Water and Internet bills included. I will be the only rommate. I am Mexican, 35 years old, craft beer passionate and I work for the hospitality industry in Vancouver. I am organized, clean, tidy, respectful of other people’s things and spaces. Sharing is not a problem for as long as things are used and returned properly. Communication is important for me, I am always open to talk, so feel free to ask me anything. I’m handy-man, so I can fix things when needed. I’m very easy going and friendly. I like reading, watching movies, cooking, I like craft beer and good food. I´m very respectful of other peoples’s things and spaces, also believes and practices.
