Looking for a male roommate in their 20-30’s to share the upstairs space of a 3 bedroom house. The neighborhood is a quiet cul-de-sac, with lots of families and children playing on the streets. Located in between the Aquatic center and the highway. Space is shared with one couple, two small dogs and one other roommate. We like to keep a clean house and would ask that our new roommate do their share of basic chores. The room isn’t extremely spacious, and the house is fully furnished, except for the room, so not a lot of storage space. We do have a “Man cave” in the basement that could be put to use as a hangout/living space. We also have a small home gym. Rent includes Hydro+WIFI

One engaged couple, and a very close friend live here. We like to have gatherings some weekends and are all very social people, however we all work full time during the week and tend to be asleep before midnight. We’re all part time students. We like to have friends over for various game, poker and hangout nights. We’ll host a party every once in a while. We would prefer to find someone who is open to hangout with us during these gatherings, but at the very least doesn’t mind some noise when they happen. We’d ask that our roommate does some basic chores.
