Hello, we the owners of the house, are looking to rent out one room we have in our basement to a respectful and responsible person. International Students are welcome.

Some Features of the home include new, durable modern laminate on the basement and middle floor, New apliances for kitchen and laundry. Your own bathroom and fridge &freezer. Your bedroom is private and not on the same level as the kids bedroom (their bedroom is two levels above). We can provide indoor bike parking if needed.

The location is super central and probably one of the main highlights. The home is situated in a safe and family oriented neighborhood. Less than 5 minutes walk to Carvolth Transit station, which is a major transportation hub that can get you anywhere. Easy access to Hwy1. Near TWU, Langley Events centre, RE mountain, Willoughby town centre, Willoughby Elementary, Richard Bulpitt Elementary, and the Walnut Grove School of Music and Dance, parks and shopping.

In the home you would be living with a family of two middle aged parents with a 2 year old and 5 year old kids. The space would be ideal for someone who works or full time and is “good” to interact with kids.
