This is condo is a two bedroom with ensuite bathrooms. Comes with amenities such as Gym, theatre, party room, game room etc. Located Jane & Hwy 7 which is perfect for bus commute, grocery stores and more. My living room is fully furnished, therefore I’m looking for someone who does not have furnituture. All you will need is your own bedroom furnitures. I was initially using the second room as an office while I was was working remotely, but unfortunately I’m required to be back working in office :( lol, hence the reason Im renting out the space.

My name is Shenel (26 years old) I’m a fairly laid back & outgoing person. I work mon-fri 9am-5pm during week days at the office, so I’m barely ever home. In my down time, I enjoy netflixing, working out, cooking & reading.
