Ashley's room

WINDERMERE AREA - basement room available. Must be OK with cats, no pets preferred(or small pets). $950(including utlities)for the whole basement, private bathroom, parking, backyard and shared kitchen/living room. I live with another girl and we prefer a female roommate, but are open to male. The basement is pretty isolated from us as we share the top floor. Great area, close to amenities, backyard, ETS accessible

24(F) and my roommate 24(F) are super friendly and welcoming. We have cats, and clean up after ourselves. I work full time, and so does the other roommate(sometimes from home). We both go to the gym, love to go out for drinks or food. We don’t ever have parties, and are pretty quiet in the house.
