Large living and dining area, as well as kitchen. Beautiful and safe family-oriented neighbourhood. With lots of walking paths, close to bus stops, as well as close to many amenities.

The suite would be shared with myself, although there are 20-25 year old girls 4 other welcoming girls who live in the suite upstairs whom I am really good friends with.
