I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a female apartment in Montreal (June 30th).

Preferred gender is female!

$590 per month, bills and WiFi included! with the chance to take over the lease in September too. Access to washing machine and dryer in the building. The area is very friendly and the neighbors are adorable! Great transport links. The apartment is directly opposite the bus stop with 2 bus routes (80 and 193) taking you easily to Jarry and Parc metro stations. There are lots of great local restaurants and parks to explore!

L’appartement est directement en face de l’arrêt d’autobus avec 2 bus (le 80 et le 193) vous emmenant facilement aux stations de métro Jarry et Parc! Il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants locaux et de parcs à explorer!
