Present tenants are friendly, laid-back, sociable, approachable people. One’s a student, the other 2 work full-time and require quiet time at night to commence @ ~9 PM as have early morning jobs. Two cats (Pluto & Plato) reside in house. Only one tenant is vaccinated. Social drinking, marijuana use & cigarette smoking in backyard OK. A seriously fantastic place to live and fantastic people to live with. Plus opportunity to pick up some quick cash if inclined to do some basic housekeeping on the property itself.
