Please note that the pictures in the ad is not the real ones. The condo has same floor plan and everything but the furniture will be different. I’m looking for a roommate for my 3bed 2 bath condo with a balcony. Please note that there will be 3 roomies in the condo and you will be sharing a bathroom with another person! The condo is in 14 york st. (Ice condos), right in middle of downtown. Only 5 min walk to union station (ttc) e and it’s unfurnished. The common areas will be furnished by me. It’s bright and comes with all the facilities. The move in date is on July 1st and the rent it around $1500 including bills. Parking is included in this unit and I don’t own a vehicle so if you have one you can use it. This price is for the room not for the whole condo! The room can be furnished for a extra.

I’m a pretty friendly and easygoing person so I’m also looking for a person with same attitude. Respect each other’s privacy but if you like to hangout I would love to join! I’m new to toronto and still working on improving my English! I don’t mind if you’re a little messy but like to keep common areas clean and also dirty dishes in the sink up to around 24 hours! Haha! I love music so if you play any music instruments I don’t mind. Feel free to send a message if you’re interested. This is a 3bed 2bath condo but there will be 3 roomies so the bathroom and common spaces will be shared. I’m a very open minded person so I can get along with almost anyone. Im Someone who always has a smile on my face even after having a terrible day! Haha!
