Hello I’m looking for someone to take my lease in an apartment. This is a Nice, bright, and well located room available for rent on July 3rd for a 1 Year lease. This is a three bedroom apartment, you will be renting one of the rooms. Your room is not furnished. The apartment is not furnished too but we have some furnitures you can bring yours too. The hydro and wifi bills are extra costs in addition to the rent. Hydro is usually 50-100$ for all the apartment and will be split in 3. Wifi is 92$ split in 3 as well. Water and heat bill is included in the rental. It is a spacious, beautiful, fairly new and welcoming apartment. The apartment is well located, close to St Laurent mall and street, Mcarthur street, Vanier parkway.

You will be required to provide a filled out form (lease application form), references, proof of income/employment, and a credit check (maybe from Credit Karma) to the landlord.

We are looking for a clean, quiet, cooperative, friendly, and responsible roommate, and who is willing to follow house guidelines.
