This south Broadway apartment is within walking distance of anything you might need, has a balcony that is south facing and is pre-furnished (bed, desk, chair, storage). The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and is on the 3rd floor (no elevator). There is no official parking available but for $25 a year you can get a residential parking pass and park on several streets around the building!

I am a fairly quiet person who likes to keep my apartment tidy, and I’m usually down for adventures and activities! I work 9-4:30 weekdays so have a fairly predictable schedule! There is also a cat living here who would not do well with any other pets, so do note that when considering moving here :)
