Jim's room

WILL BE AVAIL AFTER THE FIRST WEEK OF JUNE, OR SOONER.NEED TO WAIT UNTIL PREVIOUS TENNANT LEAVE AND I CLEAN THE ROOM.THE HOUSE IS IN COCHRANE, NOT IN CALGARY This is a house, with 1 bedroom for rent, most of the house will be shared except personal space. You have your own bathroom that really has never been used. I have one side of my driveway for use, large private deck, BBQ . The house is 3200 sq feet, with all 3 levels. I do have a dog who is the boss, he is very friendly but not a good match with other dogs, don’t want to take the chance. The room has a bed, dressers, tv but no cable in the room. Would be good if you supplied your own bed sheets. It’s on a pretty quiet street, walking paths are close. I will have neighbors and my work verify if needed. More pics or even a showing will be provided if the candidate is a good fit.

I don’t smoke, so no smokers please, i may have a drink or 2 on a hot day, but its very rare, don’t really care if you drink just hopefully it will be under control. I’m pretty quiet, like to watch movies at night or play video games or just hang out on the deck. Sometimes it’s not the quietest with a dog but I will talk to him and hopefully he will keep his noise down. I do like my own time, and im sure you do too. The neighbors are great, have made good friends with them and we look out for each other. There is one side of the parking pad for use, unfortunately the garage will be full, I try to keep a clean house but honestly it’s hard to be a clean freak with all the dust. I do my best most times.
