We’d be sharing a two bedroom apartment, with our shared spaces being the living room, kitchen, laundry room and balcony! You would have your own full bathroom with a combined shower and bathtub. The apartment itself is newly renovated, with a dishwasher and in unit laundry as well as a large balcony (and a portable air conditioner for the warmer months). It would be fully furnished minus the room you would be moving into!
Hydro is included, but Internet and electricity are extra and split evenly between the two of us.
1 Parking spot is available, and as I don’t have a car you are more than welcome to it!
You would be sharing a home with myself as well as my small dog, who is shy when getting to know someone but very suddenly shifts to affectionate after about a week!
I’m 23 and a student. I work part time as a nanny as well as a barista, however this may change before you move in as I’m currently moving to more online education work. I’m very friendly and always down to play some board games or binge watch a show on netflix (currently excitedly waiting for stranger things part 2!)
