Must be ok with pets as I have a a dog and two cats (my sister will be taking one cat when she gets settled into her new place) No additional pets are permitted. Single occupancy only; no couples or room sharing. Guests permitted. Just prefer single occupancy. Cannabis friendly (neither of us smoke but we don’t mind people who do) but absolutely no smoking in the house.

Rent is $750 a month plus utilities and internet. Move-in date as early as September 16th or October 1st
