I have a mid-size 2 bedroom apartment & am looking to sublet 1 bedroom with option of joining lease. Apartment comes with bathroom, kitchen & balcony overlooking back of building. Street is relatively quiet despite nearby major artery.

Apart from 1 bedroom (which has a full closet), I am willing to share access to Internet & Streaming services & cover hydro/rent insurance. So looking for $425 (rent) to $575 (everything included) per month for sublet

Building has coin operated laundry on site.

The building has parking, but that is paid directly to the landlord and no guarantees any spots are currently available (16 units & only 10 spots).

I am a relatively quiet individual who owns a cat. My friend & roommate decided to move to Manitoba so looking for a new roommate. This roommate must be comfortable with cats, as that is non-negotiable.

Building is pretty quiet - I rarely feel disturbed by neighbours and the landlord is pretty good at finding solid people to rent apartments.
