Looking to rent out a spare bedroom. Rent includes 1 room, shared living room kitchen, and bathroom. Storage room in the basement. Laundry in-suite, but doesn’t work the greatest. No parties or illegal drugs.

I am a 40 year old laid back professional and I generally keep to myself. I work full time and am out of the house for a good portion of the day and most weekends I travel.
