1 bedroom + 1 full bath (in a shared 2 bedroom apartment) for rent starting Sept 1, 2022. Fun loving, LGBTQ+ household with respectful roommates (a couple). Previous roomie is working abroad for one year. Great location and amenities!

About the apartment: Short walk from Wellesley subway station, in Toronto’s downtown core (nearest intersection Bay/Wellesley). 5min walk to subway line 1, 10min walk to subway line 2. There’s a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the apartment. We’ve got a spacious kitchen and living room!

The bathroom is right beside the bedroom, which can come furnished or unfurnished. Rent includes access to some pretty sweet amenities (see below).

Building amenities include: gym, outdoor pool and hot tub (summer only), indoor hot tub and sauna, theatre room and party room (by reservation), internet lounge for studying or working, access to outdoor grills, indoor bike storage (if needed).

Other perks: 24 hour Rabba (convenience store) directly below building, short walk to several grocery stores (Loblaws, Farm Boy, Galleria) and the Village, Eaton Centre, Yorkville, Queen’s Park, Toronto Reference Library, UofT, TMU (Ryerson) and much more. Plus lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

Few other notes: the master bedroom (where other roomies are) is on the opposite side of the apartment, and our windows face an indoor courtyard.

Two clean, tidy, organized, and generally quiet roommates in their 30s that also know how to entertain/party (when day and time is agreed upon by all roommates). They host a weekly games night, which can last awhile but the group is a fun one.
