Bedrooms and Bathrooms Master Bedroom with Ensuite bathroom: $1500 per month Three One Bedroom Rooms: $1300 per month Inner Main Bedroom : $1200 per month Total Bathrooms: 3

Requirements may include:

1. A strong connection to recovery
2. Must have part time or full time employment verification

Conditions:

1. Tenants must clean the house on a weekly basis
2. Tenants must take out garbage, recycling, compost
3. No drugs or alcohol in the house or on the premises
4. No smoking cigarettes or vapes in the house (only outside with proper disposal) 5.) No male visitors at any time 6.) No substance use onsite at any time

A Women’s AA Group is held every Friday Evening at the house from 7pm to 9pm. These are non-residents of the house and have authorization by Sage Recovery Inc. to use the upper living space for their weekly meeting.
