Foreman Heights Drive

Available from now until Sept 1 when our International Student returns, the room is located in a two story single detached home (approx 2000 sq ft) with 3 bedrooms upstairs (our family) and 1 bedroom downstairs. We have 3 bathrooms, 2 upstairs, 1 downstairs (tenant). The main living area is the first floor with front porch, entering our home is the main living room (on left) 4th bedroom (study) on right, hall opens to kitchen with attached recreation room and woodstove with kitchen adjoining. Just past the kitchen is the laundry room and lower floor bathroom with shower. Tenant would be in the 4th bedroom (also has an antique piano) This room is private with windows facing the covered porch, has a dresser, night stand, couch, TV and game center. The student would have full access to the lower bathroom with shower and laundry room. We live 2km from town center (easily walk to town within 20 minutes) Nearest busstop for BC Transit is 4 blocks away. Our street is very quiet, and no light pollution or city noise heard. We have a grassy backyard which backs onto green space, so very private with organic vegetable garden and harvest fresh produce to enjoy in summer months

As a single Mom with 2 teen daughters, pets, 3 cats - Larry, Cleo and Nick, 2 Geckos - Ruby and Rose and a freshwater fishtank. I enjoy being outdoors, with mutual hobbies of kayaking, walking local beaches and exploring tidal pools looking for amazing sea life, walking through ancient rain forest areas and even just watching the waves come in. We are so lucky to live only 2km from the Salish Sea.
