Ololade's room

Currently looking for a new flatmate! The apartment is located in Burnaby, metrotown area. It is a 5 minute walk to the skytrain station, close to Walmart, Metropolis mall, cactus club, earls, and other spots. The apartment comes with an underground parking stall if you drive, a well-equipped and spacious gym, in-unit laundry with a heating/AC unit and breath-taking views. Your private room comes unfurnished, has closet space and you have your own bathroom. The apartment is somewhat furnished by me with not much space left for more things but we can agree on other items if it’ll make it all come together. Wifi and hydro bills will be shared equally between the 2 of us. The lease will be 6 months to start, and we can choose to extend or terminate depending on how well we fit together. I figured this was a good way to make it easier as there’s no pressure on either of us.

I’m pretty easy-going, friendly, flexible and accommodating. Currently taking an MBA degree, I socialize occasionally so I’m most likely always down for a good night out. An ideal roommate will be a pretty decent person, respect personal space and boundaries, keeping the communal area clean is also very essential and lastly no pets, no smoking.
