Hi All:) My roommate and I are students and we are looking for a third female roommate to take over a spacious livingroom in my apartment. I’m renting it for 480+utilities(average 50$)/mo for the winter semester, 4 months Jan-Apr. The livingroom is separated with curtains or you can provide your own preferred separator, and it has its own balcony. the apartment is quiet as me and my current roommate are either in school or in our bedrooms for most of the time. It is located in an apartment building occupied by families so it’s safe and smoke-free. The building is on Cedar and Woodside st, Cambridge On. Parking spot is available for 35/mo, and a bus stop is just around the corner from the apartment, and there is a plaza nearby that is a10 mins walk Laundry room is located within the building on the same floor where the apartment is Message me if interested or know someone who’s looking.
