About the room
Internet, washer & dryer, utilities, underground parking, underground storage unit all included, gym in the condo, Peloton bike in the suite. AC unit in the master bedroom (mine) and in the living room/kitchen. Combined they keep the unit quite cool!
Corner unit relatively far from neighbours. Have a great large wrap around patio to hang out on, read and have a coffee. Dog park and baseball fields within 2 minute walk. 10 minute walk to coffee shops/basic necessities.
No partiers. I am gone between 7:00am and 4:00pm, after work I usually go to the gym, and just hang out with the dog after that. Looking for someone with a similar, quiet lifestyle.
About the roomies
I’m a business professional and occasionally work from home but am usually in the office. I have a dog, you will have to be okay with her being home while I am at work. Strongly prefer someone who works afternoon/late nights and doesn’t mind keeping her a little bit of company during the day (but I fully understand this is not your responsibility!)
