I’m looking for a working professional FEMALE ROOMMATE for my 2-bedroom apartment starting July 15th/ August 1st. This unfurnished room is for a SINGLE INDIVIDUAL ONLY, no sharing. No pets or smoking.

Apartment details: This 2-bedroom 1 bath apartment is spacious and has been freshly painted along with polished floors. Major intersection is Kipling and Eglinton; 15 mins bus ride to Kipling subway station with the bus stop right across the apartment building. 10 mins walk to Metro grocery store, 5 mins walk to M&M food market, Rexall Drugstore and Canada Post. The apartment has laundry on the main floor, gym and a swimming pool.

Rent: $1250 inclusive of all utilities (Heating, Hydro, Wi-Fi & Tenant Insurance)
