Extra remarks: You would get the washroom at the front entrance to yourself. Electricity and Internet Split between Landlord and Tenants, all other Utilities Included. No parking or Locker available.

B) 2 References from previous landlords

C) Credit Check

D) Proof of work (letter of employment required) and/or study/ ID required.

Looking for a roommate who:

• Prefers to sleep in temperatures as cold at 64 degrees***

• Non-smoker (No weed, cigarettes, vaping etc.)

• Non pet owner

• Neat/clean, hygienic and considerate of others

• Okay with no shoes past the entrance (entrance is the only shoe zone) willing to only use clean house slippers, socks, bare feet throughout the condo.

• Looking for a 12-month lease.

• Willing to rotate cleaning chores on a weekly basis for common areas and shared spaces.

• Willing to share utility costs (pay bills immediately/by due date)

• Okay with a no subletting policy (unless approved by owners)

• Vaccinated and COVID responsible

• Willing to get renters insurance for everyone’s benefit.

-Willing and able to pay first, last, and key deposit for lease.
