Property is a single-family home in the neighbourhood of Secord. 3 bed 2 & 1/2 bath. Full kitchen. BBQ. Air conditioning. Unfinished basement. Roommate with have their own full bathroom. Utilities included, all I ask is you’re mindful of usage. Internet included. Upstairs laundry. Home is basically furnished but bring what you want for your bedroom. Front of house parking. Several grocery/drug/amenity stores in immediate area, great neighbourhood with lots of families. Not much of a yard at the moment, but front porch is nice to relax on.

I’m a 32 yr old male. Owned/ lived in the home on my own for several years. I’m a day job during the week kind of employment. I do have a dog, female golden retriever, and it’s a package deal her and I. I’m a very easy going guy, as long as you’re respectful of the home and recognize that it’s more to me than just a house then we’ll get along great. I’d want my roommate to feel as comfortable as possible to make it feel like your home too. I’ve never had a roommate before so it will be an adjustment but one I’m making.
