Must be clean, tidy, and respectful. No parties or noise. Parking is first come first serve or street parking. Rent is 4 month term to start then month to month. I’m flexible with length of stay. $1,000/month, Price is firm. No smoking.

I’m a mature professional woman who works full time often starting early in the morning, so I like it quiet at night. I have a small hypoallergenic dog who is 13 years old and would be open to another small dog but no cats or other pets. If you are interested, a couple of meetings with me and the dog first would be preferred to see if we are a good fit.
