Colleen Cowen's room

We live on 110 acre horse farm. The house is a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom house. 1 room available for rent. 2 windows in the bedroom on main floor.

Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. A/C and laundry facilities included. We have a dog living in the house as well.
Utilities (hydro, internet) will be split and renter will be required to pay 1/3rd of Utilities. NOT close to public transportation!

Females preferred. NO smoking inside.

There are 4 females renting rooms currently. Everyone does their share of cleaning up after themselves as well as keeping the entire house looking tidy. No smoking inside! Not a party house. We enjoy the quiet country surroundings.

Tracy is the main lease holder.
