I am renting a 2 bedroom, 1 washroom appartment. I am staying in one of the rooms and I am looking to rent another room. The total rent is 1150 CAD (575 CAD each person). Rent is inclusive of heat and water. Electricity and wifi totals to 100-150 CAD. Therefore, the total cost is 1250 - 1300 CAD (625 - 650 CAD each person).
