All the utilities are included except for wifi which is $35 a month. Parking is available in laneway. 2 bedroom and one shared bathroom. Nice sized backyard and BBQ. One female roommate in early 20’s. Lease ends April 30th 2023 but can be extended. Please message me if you’re interested
About the roomies
Marina has been one of the best roommates I’ve ever had. She works long hours at the airport, but when’s she’s not working she’s usually enjoying the outdoors. In the winter she skis and in the summer she’s always out in the sun. Marina is clean and respectful:)
