2 bedroom spacious apartment with a balcony. Very close to both subway lines, with 2 different grocery stores a 3 min walk away, lots of shops and restaurants around the apartment. The room will not be furnished, except for possibly a bed you could buy for very cheap. Living/dining room is furnished. Big windows in the whole apartment, and one 4 piece shared bathroom. Dogs possibly welcome, but they must be non-shedding and fully trained, no consistent barking. Other small animals in tanks welcome (fish, small lizards, etc). No rodents, possibly no snakes. Laundry in the basement of the building which is paid by card. Background check would be very appreciated, but is not required. I will ask for at least one previous landlord and one personal reference. The deposit I asked for is first and last month’s rent. I am looking for longterm rentals. Utilities are usually 40-42$/month and internet is 62/month, both shared between the two tenants.

Hi there! My name is Bailey, and I am a young (early 20’s) female student, starting a postgraduate program at UofT in the fall. I am very studious, and will work from home sometimes so I do require reasonable noise levels. I am reasonably clean but do not require the unit to be spotless at all times. I am very sociable, pretty easygoing, and spend most of my time either on work/school or watching tv. I do have a boyfriend who comes over usually 1-2 nights a week, so a potential roommate would need to be okay with this. He is also very easygoing. I am down for co-watching tv and friendliness, but I do also enjoy spending time to myself.
