About the room
A few minutes away from the R4 bus and the expo line, this property is at a convenient location to get to downtown, Metrotown mall, UBC, etc. Right next door, you can find a Tim Hortons (less than 50m), Safeway (100m), and a London Drugs (250m). It is also located on a strip on Kingsway of mostly Asian restaurants and shops.
This unit has a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a living room. I am looking for someone to occupy the living room. Some of the amenities include a dishwasher, fridge & freezer, oven with stove, internet, sofa bed, furniture, gym equipment, TV, washer and dryer (not in the unit, but on the floor), blender, carbonator, pots & pans, kettle, and a toaster.
I am looking for someone young to get along with. I expect the person to be committed to keeping the place clean and is proactive with things like taking out the garbage, cleaning the washroom, and doing the dishes. Pets, smoking, and drugs are not permitted inside.
About the roomies
I’m a 20 year old male that speaks English and French. By day I’m a biology student at UBC and by night I’m a cook. I’m known to being quiet by most but I always enjoy a good conversation. During my free time, I enjoy dabbling in some programming, math, reading, table tennis, hockey, attending concerts, Smash Bros Melee, and Go.
