About the basement suite: spacious living room, kitchen, 1 and a half bath, unfurnished, lots of windows, washer and dryer, and shared backyard. Rent is about $650 a month including all utilities. No pets or smoking.

I am a 5th-year student who will be working full-time for the fall term and studying during the winter term. I like going on walks, biking, playing video games, watching movies, and cooking. I keep shared spaces clean.
