Tracy's room

We have a 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom home in a beautiful area of East Abbotsford, BC. There are tons of hiking, biking and walking trails nearby as well as Ledgeview Golf course. We have a self-contained 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite in the basement with separate entrance. Shared bathroom, in-suite kitchen and in-suite laundry with just one other roomie. Furnished bedroom with large double door closet, and shared in-suite living room with TV, sitting area and desk. Looking for mature students or individuals working from out of town that enjoy nature, quiet and having their own space. There is no extra parking, so this suits those in a carpool situation or those taking the bus to school/work. E-bikes also welcome. This is a family home, so absolutely no partying or smoking/vaping/drugs. Cat and small dog friendly!

I am a school teacher and have 3 busy, active children that are in school. My oldest will be attending UFV in September. We enjoy the outdoors, paddle boarding, swimming, skiing, and hanging out with family.
