Full kitchen is available, and it will be mostly your own (roommate eats with family upstairs). You’re welcome to use the back yard and barbecue if you wish. Washer/dryer, high speed internet, and all utilities are included. Bus stop right outside the house, 3 stops to Southgate Transit Centre. Room is available starting August 26 until April 30.

The basement suite has two bedrooms: yours and one other occupied by my adult child. There is one small, friendly dog also in the house. Kind and supportive family upstairs if you need any help.
