My fiancée and I are looking to rent out our extra room in our brand new townhome to a student or working professional. We both work full time in town, Kristi is a dental hygienist and I am a manager at a rental company. We are both very clean, easy going and respectful! We do expect the same. We have 1 dog, cooper the golden retriever who loves attention and good game of tug of war. He is the only animal allowed though. The room is a good size with a desk if you need it. The closet is quite large aswell. You get your own bathroom which is right next to the bedroom. Okanagan college is 10 minutes away while UBCO is 30 minutes away.
